Patient Portal FAQ - Log In Problems​

Having Trouble Logging In to Your Patient Portal?   

We recommend that you use a PC to navigate your Patient Portal.

​​

*  You will receive an email with a "link" to create your Patient Portal account. Please "Bookmark" that link. 

​

*  Please use a computer and chrome to "Register" your account.  It will not work on a phone.

​

*  Your email address is your User Name and you create a Password.  Only the office can change your user name (email).

​

*  Once you are in the Portal, please see the "Getting Started" section and Tutorials at the bottom of the Home page. Those need to be complete before your first visit.

​

*  You will be able to view your account information and make payments in your Patient Portal.

​

*  For details on how to contact your Provider, make appointments and request refills, please click on your Providers tab for instructions.

​

*  As a reminder, it can take up to 3 days for refills or replies to a message.  

 

*  Medication refills are not an emergency. The Answering Service is ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES!
