I am pleased to announce that Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray therapy is now available at our practice for eligible adult patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) or major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

Spravato is a fast-acting medication that works differently than traditional antidepressants. It is administered in-office under medical supervision, with most patients beginning to see improvements in mood within hours to days. This therapy is especially helpful for individuals who have not responded to two or more antidepressant medications.
