Patient Portal FAQ's
We recommend that when you setup and navigate your "My Portal" that you use your PC. The phone app provided on the IPHONE is not reliable.
Medication Refills
To Request Medication Refills
Go to MEDICAL RECORDS SECTION
then Go to MEDICATION SECTION
Appointments
Go to Appointment Section
then go to FUTURE APPOINTMENT and Click the + symbol
this will open a section that is can easily be used.
Documents
It is important that you use your PC to complete and sign documents
LOGGING IN
1. You do not a LINK. The Link provided when you set up the portal should have been used to set up the web address that could be saved as a Favorite Page "My Portal"
2. Email Address you have chosen can not be changed by you.
