Child Custody Evaluations
(Forensic Custodial Evaluation)
Have you been required by the court to have a child custody evaluation?

A child custody evaluation is often court ordered by a court judicial officer, a guardian ad litem, or at the request of a parent. This evaluation is initiated when parents continue to dispute the co-parenting agreement for their child(ren).

Unresolvable conflicts between parents often manifest into court hearings that require the court to determine appropriate parenting-time or custody arrangements. A child custody evaluation provides an unbiased report to direct the courts in making the best arrangement for the child(ren).
Dr. Pallotta, in cooperation with Medina County Domestic Relations Court, now offers Child Custody Evaluations. Custody evaluations are performed in accordance with the guidelines established by the State of Ohio.
