Insurance Information

Health Insurance is difficult to navigate for all of us.  We hope the following information will help you prevent the stress of accumulating a large and unexpected account balances. 

 

*Unfortunately, Brio is not contracted with Medicare, Medicaid, or any of the other Medicaid programs. 

 

*Know what services your Insurance Policy will cover.  Does it cover Behavioral Health?

 

*Are the Brio Providers on the list of "In Network" providers for your policy.  Example; we are In Network with Summa but not all of the Summa plans.

 

*Find out if you have a "Deductible or Out of Pocket Maximum" or BOTH.  Those amounts may have to be met before your insurance will pay for any services.  That will leave you with a balance larger than just a copay.

 

Again, to prevent our patients from having a large balance, we require that your balance be paid in full before you have your next appointment or refill.  This includes our "Self Pay" patients.
